One of the elements of preparing the program is improving the skills of the teachers participating in it. A total of 16 hours of training is planned, covering the following topics:
– Planning effective interaction with students in a virtual environment.
– Interculturally sensitive teaching – what does it mean today?
– How to use design thinking in classes with students? A short course in design thinking.
The workshops, which will take place on January 5 and February 2 and 4, 2026, will be conducted by experienced trainers from the University of Gdańsk.
